Mix N Match Class Schedule

Boxing Class - Mix N Match

This high intense workout incorporates boxing and other exercises that will give you the sweat you need to burn fat and build a strong core. No boxing experience required.

Youth/Teen Group Classes

Our youth/teen group exercise classes aims to demonstrate, educate, and encourage young people how important it is to be healthy! Classes Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs from 5pm-530pm. Ages 7-13

Our SNR is a 25 minute Assisted Stretching session. The main focus is to help release the tension in tight/weak muscles that are causing you pain in your joints. Covid-19 Gym Precautions/Updates

Please respect the following precautions/updates:

-When entering/existing the gym please use hand sanitizer (placed around the gym) or wash your hands.

-Find your space on one side of the gym, be considerate of others workout space.

-Face mirror/wall on your side of the gym while exercising (less face/face)

-Please feel free to use the clear curtains to better social distance yourself (pictured above)

-Wipe down your equipment before and after use

-We recommend wearing a mask, but not required while exercising

-After each class the equipment is sanitized again by our trainers

-Please bring your own mat to use while exercising

-Limited sharing of equipment, cleaned after each use

-Enjoy a safe and clean workout environment

What classes / program do you recommend for someone wanting to start exercising?

The program we would recommend for beginners is the Mix N Match program. The hour strength/combo classes will allow you and our trainers time to instruct, correct, and guide you through your workout at your own pace.

Do I need to register for the Mix N Match group classes?

Yes, you’ll need to register and schedule yourself for that specific class time, 4 hours prior to the start of class.

What should I bring with me to class/program?

A water bottle

Exercise mat/yoga mat

Small Towel

Positive attitude

Do you offer a trial pass or any additional discounts?

We do offer a trial class for our Mix N Match program, as well as discounted introductory package for the first month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards.

How many days a week should I workout at PSF?

Starting out, we would recommend 2-3 times per week, but depending on your availability and ability you could do as many as 6 classes per week.

Do you work with any persons who may have an injury or limited range of motion?

Yes, we can help. We would like to first consult with that individual before starting any exercise regime at PSF. Please give us a call and we can talk more about how we can help.
